Overview
Tokenomics data is not static. Projects frequently revise vesting, add new allocations, or clarify release timing. By tracking these updates in one place, Tokenomist ensures you don’t miss critical changes that can affect valuation models, supply forecasts, or investment decisions. The Updates page keeps Tokenomist’s dataset accurate and transparent by showing a live feed of tokenomics changes across projects. Whenever a project updates its token tokenomics, or we correct or expand our data, those changes are recorded here for all users to see. This ensures you’re always working with the most up to date supply data, and you can trace exactly when and why a dataset changed.
What Gets Updated
We continually update projects when- Data corrections are required: for example, when corrections in supply, allocations, or release schedules are required.
- Tokenomics updates are made by the project: such as governance-approved changes, new vesting terms, or adjustments to allocation design.
- TBD allocations receive release logs: when projects provide clarity on previously unassigned tokens. These specifically update TBD allocations** **. See TBD Locked for more on how we handle these cases.
