Overview

Access your profile, billing & subscription, invoices, and your API key from the account menu in the top right corner of the platform, or click Manage Account.

Sign In / Sign Up

You may access the platform by signing in to an existing account or creating a new account. The following authentication methods are supported:
  • Google account
  • Wallet (MetaMask)
  • Email address

Google

  1. From the Sign In or Sign Up page, select Continue with Google.
  2. Choose your preferred Google account, or sign in to a Google account if prompted.
  3. Click Continue to authorize access.
  4. Upon successful authentication, you will be redirected to the website and can begin using the platform.

Wallet

You may authenticate using MetaMask.
  1. Follow Metamask’s official instructions to set up and secure your wallet before proceeding.
  2. Once your wallet is ready, connect it through Connect with Wallet option on Tokenomist and approve the connection request.

Email

You may use any valid email address (e.g., @hotmail.com, @yahoo.com, @yourbusiness.com) to access the platform.
  1. Enter your email address in the Email Sign In / Sign Up field.
  2. The system will send:
    1. a temporary login code, and
    2. a secure login link/button to the provided email address.
  3. Open the email and follow the instructions to complete authentication.
If you do not receive the email, please check your Spam or Trash folders, as the message may have been filtered. If you continue to experience issues, contact support at support@tokenomist.ai.

Change Email / Password

Email Address

If you wish to update your account email address, please contact support@tokenomist.ai for assistance. Include your current account email and the new email address you would like to use, and the support team will guide you through the process.

Password

The platform uses passwordless authentication. You are not required to create a password for any sign-in method, so password reset emails are not issued. Thus, to access your account, simply use one of the supported authentication methods described above. If you need additional assistance, please contact support@tokenomist.ai.

Payments and Billing

Payment Methods

You may pay for subscriptions and services using major credit cards and debit cards. All payments are processed securely through our billing system.

Update Billing Information

To subscribe to a plan or update your billing details, follow these steps:
  1. Go to Manage Account.
  2. Navigate to Billing & Subscription.
  3. Select your desired plan:
    1. Pro Plan: Free / Pro / Builder
    2. API Plan: Standard / Elite
  4. Click Subscribe.
  5. Enter or update your credit or debit card information and confirm the payment.
Your billing information will be updated once the payment process is completed successfully.

Access Billing History

You may view your past billing records and invoices at any time:
  1. Go to Manage Account.
  2. Navigate to Invoices.
All available invoices and payment history will be displayed in this section.

Request a Copy of an Invoice

If you require an additional copy of an invoice, please contact support@tokenomist.ai. Include your account email and relevant billing details in your request, and you will be assisted accordingly.

Cancel Subscription & Delete Account

To cancel your subscription or delete account, please contact support@tokenomist.ai for assistance.
