Without visibility into fundraising, low-cost allocations can become future sell pressure, while strong investor alignment signals long-term confidence. Knowing who invested, at what price, and under what terms is key to judging real risk.
Fundraising data shows who backed a project, how much was raised, and at what valuation. This reveals investor conviction and private-market expectations. Comparing early entry prices to today’s valuation indicates whether a token trades at a discount, fair value, or premium. Tokenomist brings this into one clear view by combining funding rounds, valuations, entry prices, and investors, so you can quickly assess dilution risk, incentive alignment, and long-term sustainability.

# Features
## Fundraising Overview Table
The table gives a quick summary of the project’s fundraising history by presenting how much capital was raised, through which funding stages, and how many investors participated. This helps you understand the project’s financial backing and investor structure.
## Token valuation chart
The chart provides a quick snapshot of the token’s funding vs current valuation by showing how much capital was raised compared to what the market currently values the token at (both circulating and fully diluted).

| FDV | The theoretical total market value of a cryptocurrency assuming all possible tokens are in circulation. | Limited supply tokens: Maximum Supply × Current Price Unlimited supply tokens: Projected Supply at Year 2035 × Current Price |
## Investor allocation chart
This chart compares total funding raised against the current value of investor token allocations to assess investment performance and token distribution efficiency.

| Total Raised | Aggregated capital from all funding rounds (private and public) that represents total investor commitment across all project stages. | |

| Total Investor Allocation | Current market value of all tokens allocated to investors (both locked and unlocked) that represents full potential value of investor holdings. | Total investor allocation × current token price |
## Funding Rounds and Valuation table
This table displays the complete funding history and valuation progression across all investment rounds.

| Date | When each funding round was completed |
| Funding stage | Round type (Seed, Series A, Series B, etc.) indicating company maturity and investment stage |
| Amount Raised | Capital secured in each round |
| Post Valuation | Company valuation after round completion |
| Estimate price | Token price offered to investors in that specific round. |
| Lead Investor | Primary investors who led the funding round. |
| Number of Investors | Total count of participants in each round |
| Participated Investors | Named investors who committed capital in the round |
## All Participated Investors table
The table lists all investors who funded the project and shows which funding rounds they participated in, helping you evaluate who owns influence, potential sell pressure, and institutional strength.
